How does Scam Watch work?
We monitor active scams and write plain-language alerts so your community gets warned before scams hit. Download the alert from your dashboard and share it through your own newsletter, social, or email — or have residents opt in on your portal and we'll handle delivery automatically. We also publish ongoing educational content about how scams work throughout the year. You never need to share a contact list.
